Career History

Vivian founded Gro Coaching in 2004 after completing her coaching certifications at New Ventures West and the Strozzi Institute. Previously she spent twelve years at Charles Schwab and left as a Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Schwab, Vivian was held positions as financial professional including Controller of a community bank. Vivian started her career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco.

Personal Information

Vivian, although a longtime resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, now lives near New York City in the Hudson River Valley where she enjoys the beauty and amenities of the region. She coaches clients in the United States and abroad in person, remotely or a combination of both. Vivian speaks Spanish fluently. She enjoys hiking, practicing yoga and meditation, and the never ending exploration of who she is and the unfolding of the self.
